- View month-over-month graphs to see how much you spend on household needs, traveling and personal care.
- Monitor your subscriptions and recurring purchases with ease.
- Travel without interruptions by letting us know where you plan to use your cards.
- View your digital card (full card number and details needed to perform transactions without a physical card).
- Add an enrolled card to your digital wallet.
- Turn cards ON and OFF. When your card is off, no purchases or withdrawals are approved except for previously scheduled recurring payments.
- Enable controls to restrict card usage based on location, spend limit, merchant type, and transaction type.
- Establish alerts for each time the card is used based on specific desired alerts.
- Activate new cards.
- Change or set a new PIN number.
Mobile Wallet
Your Coastal Heritage MasterCard® is ready for use with Apple Pay™, Google Pay or Samsung Pay. Tap to pay securely, right from your phone or smartwatch, so you can check out in stores, in apps, and online without pulling out your physical card. Mobile wallets use tokenization, which means your actual card number isn’t shared with merchants. Open the Wallet app on your smartphone to get started, or push your card to your mobile wallet using “Card Manager” within our mobile app.
Travel Notification Procedures
Travel without interruptions by letting us know where you plan to use your cards, with no foreign transaction fees, allowing for cost-effective international spending. Unusual card activity in new locations may trigger our fraud monitoring systems, which could result in denied transactions. If you are traveling out of the country, or out of state, we suggest you to add your travel plans to Card Manager within our mobile app or online banking. Click “Manage Travel Plans” and add up to 2 travel plans with up to 15 destinations for each plan. Need assistance or have longer travel plans? A few additional suggestions:
- Check your card to make sure it won’t expire while you’re away.
- Confirm your debit card limit for both Purchases and ATM withdrawals, as well as your account balance so you’ll know how much you will be able to spend or withdraw each day.
- For your convenience, “Card Manager” within our mobile app also has a link to report your card lost or stolen, so you won’t have to scramble in the unlikely event your card is lost or stolen. Remember, never write down your PIN number.
